Interesting comparison! I have been doing YouTube videos – “elemental face yoga with polina” for years and I really like it and I think it helps it keeps my fave toned. she has lots of videos but the key for me has been finding the ones that work and making my own little 10 minute workout out of those. I would also like to try gua sha. Do you gave a particular stone you like to use?
